Group Chairman & CEO, Piscari CEO, Piscari Associates & Consulting Strategies

Mike LanderFounder, Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Piscari, Mike is responsible for developing and overseeing the strategic direction, commercial effectiveness and investment appraisal for the group and its businesses. Mike is also CEO of Piscari Associates and of change management consultancy, Consulting Strategies (now a wholly owned subsidiary of Piscari) which he bought in 2006 and has grown +30% year on year.

In addition to his work at Piscari, Mike is also a non-executive director for the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, which supports the NHS to transform healthcare for patients and the public. It does this by rapidly developing and spreading new ways of working, new technology and world-class leadership.

Mike developed his talent for building high quality, successful service businesses from senior roles with KPMG, Barclays Bank and Crosfield Electronics. He has also acted as a strategic coach and business consultant to senior executives in both the private and public sectors. Mike has an MBA from Cranfield University and an Honours degree in Electronics from Sheffield University.

Phil Lomax

Phil LomaxPhilip has extensive school and local authority service experience. As Chief Inspector and Assistant Director of Education and Children’s Services at London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames, he led the strategy for 14-19 year olds, pioneered extended schools, and directed youth support programmes.  

Philip is an experienced Ofsted inspector and trainer and has a career history which includes the following appointments: Assistant Director Education and Children’s Services, Assistant Director Youth and Culture, Local Authority Chief Inspector, Board of Directors Connexions South London, Principal Inspector and Specialist Inspector for Science, Mathematics and Technology.

Ann Wilson
Headteacher, St Colette’s Prep School

Ann WilsonAnn is an education professional with over 30 years experience in developing primary school pupils to their maximum potential. She joined St Colette’s as headteacher in 1996 and has achieved an excellent academic success record with 100% of pupils going on to get admission into the school of their parents choice; outstanding ‘Ofsted and ISI’ reports and the successful integration of ethnically diverse pupils. Prior to St Colette’s, Ann was headteacher at Sancton Wood in Cambridge and the Church of England Primary School in Debden, Essex.

 

Lyndsey Stone
Headteacher and Head of Service, Gretton School

Lyndsey Stone Lyndsey is an education and children’s services professional with particular experience in special education needs (SEN) and children with challenging behaviour. Lyndsey’s early career includes being headteacher at two schools: a day school specialising in moderate learning difficulties, and a boarding school which provides for children with severe learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviour. These posts, formed the foundation for Lyndsey’s extensive hands on experience, in the support and education of children and young people with SEN.

Following these years, Lyndsey became an accredited OFSTED trainer and registered inspector and held positions including Chief Inspector, Chief Education Officer, Head of Special Needs, Head of School Improvement and Deputy Director for Children’s Services for local education authorities and county councils.

Today, Lyndsey is Headteacher and Head of Service at Gretton School, Piscari’s brand new specialist SEN day and residential school, and regional service centre, for children and young people with ASD, based in Cambridge.
