Mike Lander, Group Chairman, Piscari & CEO Consulting Strategies

Mike LanderCo-founder and Group Chairman of Piscari, Mike is responsible for developing and overseeing the strategic direction, commercial effectiveness and investment appraisal for the group and its businesses. Mike is also Chief Executive of change management consultancy, Consulting Strategies (now a wholly owned subsidiary of Piscari) which he bought in 2006 and has grown +30% year on year. Mike developed his talent for building high quality, successful service businesses from senior roles with KPMG, Barclays Bank and Crosfield Electronics. He has also acted as a strategic coach and business consultant to senior executives in both the private and public sectors. Mike has an MBA from Cranfield University and an Honours degree in Electronics from Sheffield University.
