Piscari’s Charitable Trust was set up at the end of 2007 as Mike Lander, Group Chairman of Piscari, along with friends and colleagues wanted to give back to society and support disadvantaged young people. It is a subject close to heart as two of Piscari’s board directors started life with disadvantage and have appreciated the efforts, large and small, that have led to their success in life and business.
Mike Lander, Chairman & Trustee
Co-founder and Group Chairman of Piscari, Mike is responsible for developing and overseeing the strategic direction, commercial effectiveness and investment appraisal for the group and its businesses. Prior to Piscari, Mike was Chief Executive of change management consultancy, Consulting Strategies (now a wholly owned subsidiary of Piscari) which he bought in 2006 and has grown +30% year on year. Mike developed his talent for building high quality, successful service businesses from senior roles with KPMG, Barclays Bank and Crosfield Electronics. He has also acted as a strategic coach and business consultant to senior executives in both the private and public sectors. Mike has an MBA from Cranfield University and an Honours degree in Electronics from Sheffield University.
Viki Lander, Trustee
Group Marketing Director for Piscari, Viki takes a truly hands on approach to all client’s work. With over 18 years experience, Viki has consulted to, designed for and provided marketing services to an extensive portfolio of IT and service companies. In addition to Piscari, clients have included: Avaya, BT, EPSON, HP, Logica, OneSource Information Services, Nortel Networks, StepStone and Symbian. Prior to joining Piscari, Viki was owner and MD of Hypa Creative, a full service marketing agency which she founded in May 2000. Before this, Viki spent over 5 years at one of London’s top technology marketing consultancies Keene Communications, where she was head of the integrated marketing division and won multiple awards for her team’s work.
